What a movement page shows

Each of the 30 movements has a diagram drawn start position to finish position, so you can see where the bar or the body actually travels rather than guessing from a still photo. Under it: the muscles the lift is working, the setup cues that matter, and the two or three ways the movement most often goes wrong.

The 32 prebuilt sessions are assembled from those movements. Each one lists its lifts in order with sets and reps, so it can be run straight off the screen without writing anything down first. They are a starting point, not a program — if you already have one, log yours instead.

Why it is open

A movement library behind a signup is a mailing list with pictures. This one is readable by anyone, including a coach checking whether it covers what they teach before they put a team on it, and an athlete who just wants to know what a Romanian deadlift is meant to look like at ten to six in the morning.

If you want the loading math to go with it, the plate calculator and the one-rep max calculator run in the browser with nothing to install. Coaches assigning these sessions to a roster should start at the coach console.
